Who qualifies

Pay per lead only works for a specific kind of business.

Saying that up front saves both of us a call. If the partner deal is not a fit, the fixed-price project usually is.

    Local service businesses that already get some demand

    You run Google Ads or Local Services Ads, or your Business Profile has real reviews. The site turns that demand into calls; it cannot create demand from nothing.

    Someone answers the phone

    A lead is billed when it reaches you. If calls go to voicemail at two on a Tuesday afternoon, we both lose, so we check this before we sign.

    Jobs worth at least $1,000

    Collision repair, glass, roofing, HVAC, remodels, clinics, law. At that ticket a $20 to $85 lead is an easy yes and the numbers work for both sides.

    One business per trade per city

    Leads are exclusive, so we take one partner per trade in each city. If your city is taken we will say so, and the fixed-price project is still open.

Questions about the free website

Is the website really free?

Yes. The design, the build and the hosting cost $0 until the site has brought you 5 approved leads. The first 3 approved leads are free too. After that it is $99 a month plus the published price per approved lead for your trade.

What is the catch?

We are paid only when the site works, so we only take businesses where it can work: people already search for your trade in your city, someone answers the phone, and no other business in your trade and city has the offer. We check both conditions before we start.

What counts as an approved lead?

A real enquiry from your service area that you approve in the lead ledger. You can reject any lead within 7 days with one tap, and rejected leads are never billed.

Do I own the website?

You always own your domain, your content, your Google Business Profile and your analytics. The code becomes yours free after 12 months or $3,000 in lead fees, whichever comes first, or you can buy it out earlier for $1,000.

What if the site brings no leads?

Then you pay nothing. The monthly fee only starts after your 5th approved lead.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. Month to month once billing starts, with a monthly cap on lead fees that you set.
