Pay per lead, properly defined.
In one lineRankMeHi is a pay-per-lead marketing agency for local service businesses: website, local SEO and Business Profile built at cost, billed from $20 per approved lead, first three free, one partner per trade per city.
Most agencies bill for activity: hours, posts, reports. Lead marketplaces bill for enquiries, but sell each one to several businesses and build nothing you keep. Pay per lead, as we run it, is the middle path: the agency builds an asset you own and is paid only when that asset produces a customer you accept.
The site is built at cost because we earn on the leads afterwards. That changes what gets built. Nobody is paid for a slider, a mission statement or a monthly PDF, so the site opens with the phone number, the service area and a short form, and every page is written around a job someone searches for.
The ledger is the contract. Each call is recorded with the legal notice and each form is logged with its source page. You have seven days to reject any line with one tap. Spam, sales calls, existing customers and anyone outside your area never reach the invoice.

Every lead lands in your ledger within the hour with the recording or form attached. Reject anything with one tap, no reason needed, within seven days. Spam, wrong numbers and sales calls are filtered before they reach you.

One line per approved lead, billed after the month ends. Your first three approved leads are free. You set a monthly cap before we start, and the per-lead price never changes mid-term.
Lead timing varies by market. Until qualified leads arrive and you approve them, you pay nothing per lead.
