White label SEO services for agencies

White label SEO your agency can sell under its own name.

Your clients want SEO. You would rather not hire for it. We do the audits, technical fixes, pages, listings, links and tracking, and hand you an unbranded report with leads on the first line. Same team, same standards as the sites we build for our own clients. Your brand, your price, your margin.

Send one client or prospect site. You get an unbranded audit you can use in the pitch, and our wholesale rate card.

The short answer

White label SEO services let your agency sell SEO under its own brand while a partner does the work and reports to you, never to your client. RankMeHi is that partner for agencies with local service clients. Vet any vendor on price and proof: of 9 providers we checked, only 4 publish a price, from $178 to $499 a month per client.

Why agencies outsource SEO

SEO white label services, and why most agencies end up switching vendors.

In one paragraphWhite label SEO is SEO an agency resells under its own brand while a fulfilment partner does the work. The client, the contract and the margin stay with the agency. It works when the partner is invisible to the client and fully transparent to the agency; it fails when the agency cannot see what it is paying for.

If you are new to the model, our plain-English guide to what white label SEO is covers the basics. This page is for the agency owner choosing who does the work.

The problem is familiar. A web design or marketing client asks for SEO, and saying no hands them to a competitor. Hiring a specialist means a salary before you have the clients to cover it, and one person rarely covers technical, content, local and links equally well.

So you try a white label SEO service. Then the monthly report arrives: rankings for phrases nobody searches, a list of “tasks completed”, links from sites you would not show a client. The client asks what they are paying for, and you cannot answer, because you cannot see the work either.

The fix is not a cheaper vendor. It is a vendor that is invisible to your client and completely visible to you, that ships the fixes on the site instead of sending your developer a list, and that reports leads before rankings. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and the scorecard further down lets you hold anyone to it.

Illustration: an agency owner hands a client a report with only the agency’s logo space on it, while a fulfilment team works on charts, a website wireframe and a link map behind a frosted glass wall.
White label SEO in one picture: the client meets your agency; the fulfilment team works behind the glass.

How white label SEO works

Your client, your brand, our backstage.

Three parties, four flows. Everything to the left of the dashed line carries your name. Everything to the right is ours to do and yours to inspect.
How white label SEO fulfilment worksYour client deals only with your agency. Your agency sends RankMeHi the brief and access and pays a wholesale fee. RankMeHi does the audit, fixes, pages, links and tracking, and returns an unbranded report and work log. Your agency delivers the report to the client under its own logo. 1. 01

    You sell

You price SEO for your client, sign the contract and own the relationship. We never appear in it.

  2. 02

    You brief us

Delegated access to Search Console, analytics, the Business Profile and the site, plus the goals you agreed with the client.

  3. 03

    We do the work

Audit, technical fixes, service and city pages, listings, links and tracking, shipped on the site rather than sent as a to-do list.

  4. 04

    You report

An unbranded monthly report and work log, ready to go out under your logo, with calls and form leads before rankings.

What we deliver

White label SEO services for agencies, shipped by people who can also fix the site.

Six deliverables. Each client gets the ones its audit calls for, not a fixed package, and every one shows up in the work log.
  1. 01

    Technical SEO audit and fixes

Indexing, redirects, canonicals, schema, Core Web Vitals on a phone. We ship the fixes ourselves, because the same team builds fast sites, custom or on WordPress.

  2. 02

    Local SEO for service businesses

Business Profile categories and services, citations, a review routine and city pages only where the client really works. Our home turf: body shops, glass contractors, trades.

  3. 03

    Pages that answer real searches

One page per service and intent, from Keyword Planner and the client’s own Search Console queries, written by Bita and checked against The Three-Judge Test before it ships.

  4. 04

    Links earned, never bought

Listings a real business should have, local mentions and pages worth citing. No private networks, no link packages, nothing your client could be penalised for later.

  5. 05

    AI search visibility

Content in the raw HTML, structured data and specific facts, so ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews can read and quote your client, not only Google.

  6. 06

Tracking and a report you can sign

Calls, forms and bookings counted as conversions with spam filtered, Search Console by query and page, and a dated log of every change we made.

  • Leads firstCalls and form submissions against the baseline month, then Search Console clicks and positions. Your client sees what they pay for.
  • A dated work logEvery fix, page and listing with the date it went live, so you can answer “what did you do this month?” in one line.
  • Your brand, onlyYour logo, your colours or your own report template. No vendor name, no vendor footer, no vendor links in the file.

Method

We opened each provider’s own white label SEO or pricing page on September 28, 2026 and recorded only what the page shows without a sign-up, demo or sales call. Prices are the providers’ list prices in USD, quoted in their words; volume discounts, set-up fees and custom quotes may differ. One page returned an error to our fetch and is left out. Vendor scorecard · 12 checks

The Glass-Box Test: 12 checks before you hire a white label SEO vendor.

Invisible to your client, transparent to you. Run every white label SEO service through these checks, including us. Each comes with the question to ask on the sales call.

DefinitionThe Glass-Box Test is RankMeHi’s rule for white label SEO: the work is invisible to the agency’s client and fully visible to the agency. Every task, login, page, link and lead is open to the agency, and nothing the client sees carries the vendor’s name.

A.Invisible to your client

3 checks

Could your client ever find the vendor’s name?

  • Reports, dashboards and files carry only your brandAsk: Show me a real report with the client name removed. Check the footer, the PDF metadata and the links.
  • The vendor never contacts your client directlyAsk: What happens if my client emails or calls you by mistake?
  • No vendor credit on the client’s websiteAsk: Do you add a “site by” link, a comment in the code or a tracking script under your own name?

B.Transparent to you

3 checks

Can you see everything the vendor does, without asking?

  • A dated log of every change on the siteAsk: Where can I see what changed this month, page by page?
  • Every link and listing is named, with its URLAsk: Send me last month’s links for one client. Are any from networks or paid placements?
  • Work happens in accounts your client ownsAsk: Do you use our Search Console, analytics and Business Profile, or your own accounts?

C.Proof in leads, not activity

3 checks

Does the vendor measure what your client pays for?

  • Calls and form leads are tracked as conversionsAsk: How do you count calls and forms, and how do you filter spam?
  • A baseline is taken before any changeAsk: What month do you compare against, and where is it recorded?
  • Their own results carry a source and a periodAsk: Where does each number in your case studies come from, and for which months?

D.A clean exit

3 checks

If you leave, does the client lose anything?

  • Content, pages and the site stay with the clientAsk: If we stop, what do you remove or switch off?
  • No long lock-in on a per-client basisAsk: What notice do you need to stop work for one client?
  • Hand-over of logins, files and the work logAsk: What do we get on the last day?

Scoring. One point per check a vendor passes with evidence, not with a promise.

  • 11–12 hire
  • 8–10 negotiate the gaps
  • 0–7 walk away

Comparing your options

Hire an SEO, resell a typical white label SEO service, or work with a team that also builds the site?

An honest comparison. Hiring in-house is right for some agencies. The difference with us is that the people who find the problem ship the fix.

How we onboard an agency

From one free audit to your first white label report.

Four steps. The first one costs you nothing and gives you something to sell with.
  1. 01

Free audit of one client site

    Day 1 to 3

Send us a current client or a prospect. We audit the site, Business Profile and Search Console the way we would for our own client.

You getAn unbranded audit you can put your logo on and use in the pitch, with the evidence for each finding.

  2. 02

    Scope and wholesale quote

    Day 4 to 5

We agree what the client needs first, what you will sell, and how it is billed: monthly, per project or per lead.

You getA written scope and a wholesale price. You set the retail price; we never see your invoice.

  3. 03

    Access and baseline

    Week 1

Delegated access in the client’s own accounts. We record the baseline month for calls, forms and Search Console before touching anything.

You getA baseline sheet and the first month’s plan, in your template if you have one.

  4. 04

    Work, report, repeat

    Monthly

Fixes, pages, listings and links shipped and logged. Mid-month questions go to one Slack or email thread with you, never to your client.

You getThe unbranded report and work log a few days before your client call.

Wholesale engagement

White label SEO pricing: three ways to buy, one rate card on request.

We have not published wholesale prices yet. Every model is billed to you, never to your client, and you set the retail price.
  1. Per-client monthly

For ongoing SEO you resell as a retainer.

One wholesale fee per client per month, scoped to the market and the site.

    • Technical, local, content and links work
    • Unbranded monthly report and work log
    • Stop any client with a month’s notice
Ask for the wholesale rate card
  2. Pay-per-lead resale

For local service clients who would rather pay for results.

We build the lead site at a setup fee and bill per approved lead. You resell both at your margin.

    • Our pay-per-lead model, under your brand
    • Call tracking and a lead ledger your client can check
    • Wholesale per-lead rates per trade, on request
Ask for the wholesale rate card
  3. Per project

For one-off work you sell as a fixed price.

A fixed wholesale quote per project, agreed before we start.

    • Audit and fix rounds, migrations, local SEO set-up
    • Page rebuilds and speed work
    • White label websites through our sister service
Ask for the wholesale rate card
Our direct-client prices are public on the homepage pricing, so you can see the retail anchor before you ask for the wholesale card. Pay-per-lead resale uses the same model we sell to local businesses directly, with per-lead prices set per trade in writing before anything starts.

Is it for you?

Is our white label SEO for your agency?

A good fit if

  • You sell websites or marketing to local service businesses and they keep asking for SEO.
  • You want to see every task, link and lead behind the report you send.
  • You would rather the people who find a problem on the site also fix it.
  • You want to start with one client and add more when it works.

Probably not a fit if

  • You need thousands of keyword reports a month at the lowest price per client.
  • You want bought links or guaranteed positions to resell.
  • Your clients are national e-commerce catalogues with their own dev teams.
  • You need someone to talk to your clients as their account manager.

Our promise to agencies

Your client sees your name. We do the work.

White label only works when the partner is invisible and the results are not.
Partner manifesto

An agency does not need another vendor. It needs a team it can put its name on without worrying.

So we work unbranded from the first email: your report template, your client calls, no RankMeHi anywhere your client can see.

And we report the way you sell: enquiries and pages that earn them, not a pile of keyword positions.

Start with one client. Stop any client with a month of notice. Keep everything we built.

If we make you look good, you send the next one. That is the only retention plan we need.

Signed off on every project we take.
