This week you got your third call from a marketing agency promising "exclusive territory" in your area. You asked what it costs. They sent a calendar link instead of a number.
That isn't an accident. Most pest control marketing companies don't publish a price, so comparing them takes a dozen sales calls. We did the reading instead. On 11 October 2026 we went through the pest control pages of eight marketing companies and lead services and wrote down only what each one publishes: price, contract terms and proof. RankMeHi's own offer is listed at the end under the same rules.

Quick answer: Footbridge Media is the cheapest published pest control marketing option at $249 a month with no contract. Scorpion, Blue Corona (now RYNO) and Hook Agency suit larger companies; Blue Corona publishes about $5,000 a month and up, and Hook says it fits companies over $2M in revenue. Service Direct sells pest control calls at $40 to $195 each.

How we chose and checked
A company made the list if it has a pest control page or names pest control clients on its own site. We read every page on 11 October 2026 and recorded only what it showed that day. Prices and terms change, so check the current page before you call.
Any result a company reports about its own clients is marked "they claim." We did not verify those numbers.

The 8 pest control marketing companies, one by one
1. Scorpion: full-service platform for bigger brands
Scorpion is a full-service agency with its own software platform. It doesn't publish prices or contract terms on its pest control pages.
It calls itself Google's largest Local Services Ads provider. They claim A-Tex Pest Management grew leads 48% year over year, Paragon Pest Control grew revenue 43% in a year, and Bay Pest Solution saw a "40x" return. The dashboard connects to FieldRoutes, ServiceTitan and PestPac.
Caution: without a published price, you won't know the cost until you're on a sales call.
2. Blue Corona, now RYNO: published price, no lock-in
Blue Corona's pest control page says the company has merged with RYNO Strategic Solutions. It publishes a starting price of about $5,000 a month with no long-term contract, and the client owns the website.
It offers Local Services Ads management and 24/7 call answering. Its published case studies are HVAC and plumbing clients, not pest control.
Caution: at $5,000 a month and up, this fits an established company more than a two-truck operation.
3. Hook Agency: for companies already past $2M
Hook Agency does SEO, pay-per-click ads and WordPress websites for home-service trades. Its pest control page says it's usually the best fit for companies over $2M in revenue, and its intake form marks companies under $1M as not a fit.
Hook publishes no pest control case study and no prices. Its own "best pest control marketing agencies" blog post ranks Hook first.
Caution: keep that in mind when you read any agency's "best of" list, including this one.
4. Footbridge Media: the only flat published price
Footbridge Media has worked with contractors since 2004 and says it has served more than 2,000. Its pest control plan is $249 a month, $0 setup, no contract, with a 90-day money-back guarantee.
The plan includes a website, local SEO, a blog, Google Business Profile support and a CRM. You keep the site if you leave.
Caution: at this price it's a solid foundation for a small or new company, not a full growth program for a regional brand.
5. Rhino Pest Control Marketing: pest-only, with sales training
Rhino, based in Las Vegas, works only with pest control companies. It doesn't publish prices or terms.
Its service list is wider than most, including sales training and email marketing next to websites and SEO. It shows one case study, without numbers.
Caution: a case study without numbers tells you what was done, not what it achieved.
6. Marketing Pests: pest-only since 2005
Marketing Pests has focused on pest control since 2005. It covers websites, local SEO, pay-per-click, social ads and reputation management. Prices and terms aren't published.
Caution: with price, contract and results unpublished, you'll need a call to compare it with anyone else.
7. ROI Minds: a claimed $42 cost per lead
ROI Minds quotes after a free audit and recommends a six-month minimum, then month-to-month.
They claim a $42 average cost per lead across channels and five times more leads within six months. Neither number comes with a sample size.
Caution: an average without a sample size could describe three clients or three hundred.
8. Service Direct: pay per call, nothing else
Service Direct isn't an agency. It's a marketplace that sells phone calls. Its published price list puts pest control at $40 to $195 per call, with no setup fee and no contract. You choose your price inside that range, and a higher price wins more of the calls.
Repeat callers, wrong numbers and solicitors aren't billed.
Caution: there's no guaranteed volume, and calls build Service Direct's business, not your own website or Google profile.
What a pest control lead really costs

Pest control marketing is sold three ways, and each one puts the risk in a different place.
- Monthly retainer. You pay the same fee whether the month brings five calls or fifty. Blue Corona and Footbridge publish theirs; most others quote one.
- Pay per call or lead. You pay only when a lead arrives. Service Direct and RankMeHi work this way.
- Hybrid. An agency fee, reported back to you as a cost per lead, which is how ROI Minds presents its numbers.
| Pricing approach | Source | Published cost |
|---|---|---|
| Per call, marketplace | Service Direct | $40 to $195 per call |
| Agency, claimed average | ROI Minds | $42 per lead across channels (no sample size) |
| Per approved lead | RankMeHi | At or under 5% of your average job, below the lowest marketplace price |
| Total marketing budget | NPMA 2025 cost study | 6.6% of revenue on average |
The National Pest Management Association's 2025 cost study found pest control companies spend 6.6% of revenue on marketing and advertising. For a $1M company, that's about $66,000 a year, or roughly $5,500 a month. That's close to Blue Corona's starting price, and about 22 times Footbridge's $249.
The number that matters most isn't the price per lead, though. It's the cost per booked job. A $40 call that's shared with three competitors can cost more per job than an $80 exclusive one. Our cost per lead guide explains the math, and our cost per lead by trade page lists published ranges for other trades.
The cheapest lead is the one that turns into a recurring quarterly service, not the one with the lowest price tag.
What pest control owners say about leads
Published prices tell only part of the story. When pest control owners talk to each other on Reddit, three things come up again and again.
- Referrals still carry most small companies, often with a referral bonus paid to existing customers.
- Single operators run their own Google Business Profile instead of paying someone for it, and many say it brings most of their calls.
- Social ads can work cheaply for some. One owner reported Facebook leads at about $12 each on an $800 monthly budget. That's one owner and one campaign, not a benchmark.
In other words, many owners already do part of the job well. A good marketing partner should build on that, not replace it.

Buyer checklist: 10 questions to ask any pest control marketing agency

- Who owns the website, the domain and the Google Business Profile if we part ways?
- How long is the contract, and what does it cost to leave?
- What exactly does the monthly fee buy each month?
- What's the cost per booked job, not just per lead?
- Are the leads exclusive to me, or sold to other companies too?
- Will I get call recordings and tracking numbers?
- How are bad or invalid leads refunded?
- Can you show pest control results with the client's name on them?
- Who does the work: your team, or a subcontractor?
- What will be done in the first 30 days?
A warning about "best agency" lists
One company on a 2025 "best pest control marketing agencies" list advertised "15% of serviced revenue" as its price. When we checked on 11 October 2026, its domain showed an expired-domain placeholder.
Lists go stale fast. Before you sign, check that the company is still operating and still offers what the list says.
When you don't need a pest control marketing company
If your routes are full and referrals keep them full, keep the money. Spend it on a technician or a truck.
And a single-operator company with a complete Google Business Profile, steady reviews and a fast mobile site can often hold its area without an agency. Our Google Business Profile optimization guide covers the parts you can do yourself, and our review management guide shows how to get more Google reviews without paying for software.
What RankMeHi offers pest control companies

- Per approved lead, priced in your agreement at or under 5% of your average job and below the lowest marketplace price for pest control.
- Seven days to reject any lead with one tap. Your first three approved leads are free.

FAQ
How much do pest control marketing companies charge?
Published prices in our comparison ran from Footbridge Media's $249 a month to Blue Corona's starting price of about $5,000 a month. Scorpion, Hook Agency, Rhino and Marketing Pests don't publish prices. Pay-per-call marketplaces like Service Direct charge $40 to $195 per pest control call instead of a monthly fee.
What is the best marketing for a pest control company?
For most local companies, a complete Google Business Profile with steady reviews, a fast mobile website with a call button, and a referral program come first. Paid search, Local Services Ads or a per-lead service can add volume once those basics convert. The right mix depends on size, budget and how full your routes are.
Are pay-per-call pest control leads worth it?
They can be, because you pay only when a call arrives. Check whether calls are exclusive, how bad calls are refunded, and what share turns into booked jobs. A cheap call shared with several competitors often costs more per booked job than a pricier exclusive one.
How much should a pest control company spend on marketing?
The NPMA's 2025 cost study found an average of 6.6% of revenue spent on marketing and advertising. For a $1M company that's about $66,000 a year. Newer companies trying to grow fast often spend more; established companies with strong referrals and recurring contracts often spend less.
How long does pest control SEO take?
Map pack results can move within a few months once the Google profile, reviews and website basics are fixed. Ranking organically for "pest control + city" usually takes longer, often six months or more in competitive areas. Be careful with any company that guarantees a timeline or a position.
