You've called three dental marketing agencies and heard "it depends" three times. Dental SEO pricing is one of the hardest to compare: some agencies print a number, most ask you to book a call first.
So we read the websites of 16 of the best dental SEO companies on 26 October 2026 and wrote down what each one discloses: starting price, minimum term, whether the website is bundled, and whether the case studies show real patient numbers. This is not a paid "best of" list. It compares what each agency says about itself, on its own site.

Quick answer: The best dental SEO company publishes its price, its terms and case studies in real patients. Of 16 agencies we checked (October 2026), five publish a dental program price: $595, $750, $895, $1,100 and $1,300 a month, median $895. Two require six months up front, and seven show case studies with numbers.

How do the best dental SEO companies compare on price and terms?
Of the 11 agencies we could verify, five publish a dental-specific monthly price, two require a six-month minimum, and seven show case studies with real numbers.

Sources: each agency's own site, read 26 October 2026 (Gargle, Golden Proportions, Practice Cafe, Delmain, Pain-Free, Wonderist, Dental Marketing Guy, Searchbloom).
Scorpion, ProSites, Firegang, Coalition Technologies and Smile Savvy blocked our checker, so we list no numbers for them. That is a gap in our data, not a claim about their prices.
How did we compare these dental SEO companies?
We read each agency's own website on one day, 26 October 2026, and recorded only what the agency itself publishes.
No quote calls, no paid placements, no third-party review sites. Of the 16 agencies on our list, 5 blocked automated checks, so we confirmed details for 11. Within those 11, 5 publish a dental price and 4 ask you to request a quote.
A published "starting at" price may not be your final cost. Number of locations, competition in your area and ad spend can all change it. Treat the table as the floor of each conversation.
Which dental SEO companies publish their price?
Five of the best dental SEO companies print a dental program price on their own site: Gargle, Golden Proportions, Practice Cafe, Delmain and Pain-Free Dental Marketing.
Gargle lists $595 a month for its Nurture website-and-SEO tier, plus a required $59 monthly membership, and $1,145 for High-Grow. The package bundles a custom site, hosting, SEO, a Yext listings subscription, backlinks and call tracking. Two Gargle pricing pages show different totals for the full suite, so confirm the number in writing. Its case study reports one practice going from 35 to 350 new patients a month.
Golden Proportions Marketing advertises dental SEO "starting as low as $750 per month." Its case study reports a practice growing from 6 new patients a month in 2019 to 20 by the end of 2021, with collections rising from $1.35 million to $1.56 million.
Practice Cafe charges $895 a month with setup listed as free. You can stay month to month, or trade a longer term for a free website: six pages ($3,980 value) for six months, or twelve pages ($4,980) for twelve. Its proof is testimonials, with no patient figures on the pages we read.
Which dental SEO companies charge more than $1,000?
Delmain has two main tiers, $1,100 (Growth) and $1,500 (Accelerator), plus a $575 Nurture tier available only after six months. The minimum is six months, then month to month with 30 days' notice. A Delmain-built site costs $6,500 plus $175 a month hosting. One Delmain page says "starting at $300/month," but no such plan appears on its pricing page. Its case study reports a practice going from 12 new patients a month to more than 80.
Pain-Free Dental Marketing prices "Pain-Free Essentials" at $1,300 a month, covering hosting, basic SEO, content, Google Business Profile management and reviews. One page says "Six months to start, then month-to-month"; the homepage says month to month with no long-term contract. Get the real term in writing. No setup fee is listed.
"In dental SEO, the published price is the easy part to compare. The term, the website and what the case study actually counts are where offers differ."
Which dental SEO companies require a quote?
Four agencies, Progressive Dental, Ekwa, Dental Marketing Guy and My Dental Agency, publish no price and ask you to book a call.
Dental Marketing Guy cites an industry range of "$1,500 to $5,000 per month" without saying where its own price sits. Its case studies use a "Performance Index", for example "28.69/100 with a 1603.37% increase", which shows a number moved, not how many patients came in.
Progressive Dental, Ekwa and My Dental Agency show no price, term or numeric case study on the pages we read. That does not make their results weak. It means you cannot compare them until you get on a call. Searchbloom has no dental page; its general SEO starts at $3,000 a month, above every dental program price in our check.

What does Wonderist Agency sell that others don't?
Wonderist is the only agency in our check that sells a map add-on with market exclusivity, "spots are limited by market."
Its dental SEO is quote only, but it sells a separate "Local SEO Boost" at $500 a month after a one-week free trial. Wonderist describes the method as sending driving-direction activity to Google through third-party apps. That is specific enough that you should ask how the activity is generated and whether it comes from real patients. Google's guidelines for representing your business are worth reading before you buy any map "boost". Its case study figure, a 1,878% traffic increase, is a traffic number, not a patient count.
What should the best dental SEO company fix on your website?
The best dental SEO company fixes what makes a patient leave before booking, and in our test that was mostly speed and measurement.
We crawled the websites of 78 Orange County dental and orthodontic practices listed in OpenStreetMap (25 September 2026) and ran each of the 58 live sites through PageSpeed Insights on mobile the next day. It is part of our 662-site local business website study.
| What we measured on 58 live dental sites | Result |
|---|---|
| Lead-ready (HTTPS, mobile layout, tap-to-call, form or booking) | 81% |
| Offer online booking | 76% |
| Take over 4 seconds to show the main content on a phone | 86% (median 7.8 s, median page 3 MB) |
| Score "good" on mobile PageSpeed | 7% |
| Run no analytics at all | 31% |
| Have no schema; have FAQ schema | 26% no schema; 5% FAQ schema |
| Listed practice websites that were broken (all 78) | 11.5% |
| Show an old copyright year (of those that show one) | 28%, oldest 2015 |

Dentists are ahead of most local businesses on booking. The gap is upstream: a patient who waits almost eight seconds for your homepage never sees the button. If an agency's pitch is only rankings and backlinks, ask what it does about speed, tracking and broken pages first. Our dental SEO services start there.

What red flags should you watch for in a dental SEO contract?
Even among the best dental SEO companies, the clearest red flags in our check were "no contract" claims that hide a minimum, case studies in made-up metrics, and price pages that disagree with each other.
- "No contract" that isn't. Pain-Free's pages say both "six months to start" and month to month. Delmain markets against 12-month contracts while requiring six months. Read the term, not the headline.
- Index scores instead of patients. A "Performance Index" or a 1,878% traffic rise does not tell you how many patients called. A big percentage on a page with almost no visitors is still small.
- Price pages that disagree. Gargle's two pricing pages show different suite totals, and Delmain's "$300/month" plan is not on its pricing page. Screenshot the price before the call.
- Map tactics that simulate demand. Ask exactly how any "boost" works. Your Business Profile is worth more than a short spike.

What should you ask before you sign with a dental SEO company?
Ask the best dental SEO companies on your shortlist these seven questions and get the answers in writing.
- What is the exact monthly price, and does it change after an introductory period?
- What is the minimum term in months, and how much notice to cancel?
- Is the website included, billed separately, and who owns it if you leave?
- Can you show a case study with real patient numbers and dates?
- What is my site's mobile speed today, and what will you change?
- Will I own my analytics and Google Business Profile logins?
- What does the monthly report count: calls, forms and bookings, or rankings?
Hesitation on any of these is useful information.

How much should you spend? Two agencies publish guidance as a share of collections: Delmain suggests 7 to 9% for fast growth, 4 to 6% for steady growth and 2 to 3% for maintenance; Practice Cafe suggests 3 to 6%. They are reasonable starting points for your own budget.
Where does RankMeHi fit among the best dental SEO companies?
We publish our dental SEO prices, but we have no dental case study yet, and we would rather say that plainly.
Our dental SEO offer starts with a free audit, no sign-up. After that, Audit & fix from $490 one-off, ongoing dental SEO from $690 a month (month to month), an AI readiness sprint from $390, and a new website from $2,490, with no setup fee. Our forms ask for contact details and reason for visit only, never medical history, and our report counts calls, forms and bookings.
The only numeric result we can show is from another trade: Aria Glass, a glass contractor near Seattle, saw quote requests rise 368% a month, comparing the first 12 months of its site with the last 12. That is not a dental practice, and we label it that way on purpose. The same team that handles your SEO handles web design and web development when the site itself is the problem.
If you want years of dental-specific case studies, Gargle, Golden Proportions and Delmain show more than we can today. If you want a free audit of your actual speed, booking path and schema before you spend anything, that is where we start. For clinics beyond dentistry, see our healthcare SEO page, and our SEO packages comparison covers general agencies.

FAQ
How much do the best dental SEO companies charge in 2026?
The best dental SEO companies that publish a dental price charge $595 to $1,300 a month, median $895, based on five agencies' own pricing pages in October 2026 (from Gargle to Pain-Free). Quote-only agencies cite up to $5,000 a month, and general SEO agencies start at $3,000. Add-ons like membership fees or hosting can raise the total.
Do dental SEO companies require a long-term contract?
Dental SEO contracts in our check were shorter than in general SEO: two agencies, Delmain and Pain-Free, require six months, and none of the 11 we verified publishes a 12-month minimum. Some pages contradict themselves, so get the exact term and cancellation notice in writing.
Is a website included with dental SEO?
A website is included at two agencies we checked, Gargle and Pain-Free Dental Marketing. Practice Cafe gives a free site only with a 6 or 12 month term, and Delmain charges $6,500 plus $175 a month hosting. Ask who owns the site and domain if you leave.
How do I know a dental SEO case study is real?
A real dental SEO case study names a number of patients or collections over dated periods, like Golden Proportions' 6 to 20 new patients a month from 2019 to 2021. Be careful with case studies that report only an index score or a traffic percentage, which say nothing about patients.
What is the most common problem on dental websites?
Slow mobile loading was the most common problem in our test: 86% of 58 live Orange County dental sites took over 4 seconds to show their main content on a phone, median 7.8 seconds. Missing analytics (31%) and missing schema (26%) came next.
Does RankMeHi have dental SEO case studies?
RankMeHi has no dental case study yet, and we say so rather than imply otherwise. Our published numeric result is from a glass contractor near Seattle, whose quote requests rose 368% a month comparing the first and last 12 months. Our dental work starts with a free audit.
The best dental SEO companies show you the numbers first
The right agency for your practice is the one that publishes what it charges, how long it holds you, and what it delivered for a practice like yours in patients, not points. Use the table and the seven questions to make every agency show those three things before you sign.
If you want to know where your own site stands first, we'll run the same checks we ran on 58 dental sites and send you the fixes, free. Get a free dental SEO audit
